By submitting an application on this page, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that Acceltra Digital may contact you about our services. Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance.
Our offer
Pricing shown — build fees, monthly amounts, and package details — is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Specific scope, timelines, and final numbers are agreed individually. Launch and Growth follow the standard terms below; Enterprise is scoped on a call and follows the same payment rhythm with custom numbers.
Payment schedule
The build fee is charged in two equal halves: 50% at checkout to secure your slot and begin the build, and the remaining 50% on delivery (around day 30). Your first month of CRM and managed services is free. The monthly fee then begins on day 60 and continues month-to-month, on a cancel-anytime basis, only if you choose to keep it.
Satisfaction guarantee
We build until you're happy — refining your site until it meets the standard you signed up for. Because every build is custom work made specifically for you, the build fee is non-refundable. But you're never trapped: if the monthly system isn't for you, cancel it and keep your site outright. You own the work either way. "Satisfied" means within the scope you bought — unlimited revisions inside it until it's right. Brand-new pages or features after sign-off are a separate add-on.
Cancellation
You may cancel the monthly service at any time. If you cancel before the monthly begins (day 60), no monthly fee is ever charged. The build fee, having paid for completed custom work, is non-refundable in all cases. On cancellation you keep your website and your data; managed hosting and the CRM account end per these terms once the monthly service stops.
Optional add-on
If you don't have your own photos or content, you may add AI-generated custom media for a one-time $50, charged with your deposit at checkout. This is the only add-on.
Ownership
On completion and payment of the build fee, the website we build for you is yours to own, along with your customer data. Monthly services (hosting, CRM, support) continue on a cancel-anytime basis unless otherwise agreed.
