Terms of Service

By submitting an application on this page, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that Acceltra Digital may contact you about Booked. Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance; the service is governed by a signed two-page agreement.
The service
Acceltra Booked answers inbound calls and forms to your business in your name, asks the homeowner the project, the area and the budget range using your brackets, and books a consultation into your calendar. What is and is not included is stated in the agreement.
The price
$175 per held, qualified consultation when your stated floor is under $15,000, and $350 when it is $15,000 or more, in Canadian dollars. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum term. Invoiced monthly in arrears with the list of visits attached, collected by pre-authorized debit. You set a weekly cap; the default is 8. Price changes apply to new agreements only.
What counts as a held consultation
Booked through the Acceltra link into your calendar; project, area and budget answered first; confirmed by the homeowner the day before; not cancelled; marked "happened" by you, or unmarked for 48 hours. A visit you mark "didn't happen" within 48 hours is not billed. Reschedules count once.
The Booked Guarantee
Sixty seconds or that visit is free. A held consultation in thirty days, or we work free until there is one. No budget, no bill. The thirty-day guarantee is conditional on your calendar being connected, your number forwarded and reminder replies left on.
Exclusivity
One client per trade per area while the agreement is active and fees are current. Your area is a schedule of postal codes in the agreement. An area returns to open within five business days of termination.
Messaging and consent
You warrant that you own the business and its number. Both parties follow CASL; STOP is honoured within the hour. Your consent to receive text messages about your application, given on the form, can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
Data and exit
The texting stops. Everything else stays yours: the number, the contacts, the calendar, the budget-question script. Thirty days' notice either way. No minimum term. We never: text in our name. book below your floor. book outside your calendar windows. ask to see your invoices.
